The other two companies that I got estimates from didn’t catch or see it. He went above and beyond making sure the attic items were protected and covered. He did clean up and our attic looks better than it did before the project. They were right in line with the price of the other two estimates. Matt and his team did a great job! They were competitively priced, and did all the initial prep work required: covereing all walls, windows, doors, etc. They then sprayed 2" of Cosed Cell Foam across my newly opened vaulted ceiling, and made a great seal! (Note: this also reinforced by entire wood ceiling and roof structure as it bonds everything together). When my HVAC guy came out to restart my HVAC System, he was "blown away" by the encapsulation the spray foam provided, and we were able to heat and cool my 1500 s/f space almost immediately! Literally, this woud have taken 45 minutes to an hour before, and would have cost me more $'s with my monthly power bill! I am so happy with my new Closed Cell Ceiling! Thank you Matt and the great team from Bryars Spray Foam!

They responded back in a timely manner, got the quote prepared when he said he would, and showed up on time and completed the work within the timeframe given. He and his team were very professional, and didn't leave a mess in my home when they were done. Matt even helped me out with another project for my home which he wasn't even hired for!
